We are excited that you are interested in working with us. The employees at the Housing Authority enjoy a unique culture unlike traditional public housing organizations. While the Housing Authority maintains relationships with various governmental agencies, it has no direct ties to city, county, state or federal governments. Application Process
Applications will be accepted by the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino until the application deadline as shown by each available position.
At the time of filing, applicants must show clearly that they meet the minimum requirements. Based upon information presented on the completed application, a limited number of candidates with qualifications most representative of the position will be selected for further consideration and contacted for a phone interview.
Following a phone interview, successful applicants will be selected for job specific testing and/or individual interviews and notified by telephone of the times, dates, and locations. Applicants requiring accommodations for testing and/or interviewing purposes must make such requests in writing. The successful candidate will be required, at Housing Authority expense, to submit to a medical examination, drug screen and background investigation after offer of employment.
