The Housing Authority's listing of available units is going online April 1, 2008! The complimentary listing where owners can inform tenants of their units for rent will be found at http://www.GoSection8.com Gosection8.com is a private firm that offers some great free services to landlords and tenants.
Owners can list their units for rent and check what the going rent for comparable units in the area is. This service is provided free of charge. Tenants can search for units that meet their needs at no charge.
These units are not pre-approved and any unit that
you select will be required to pass an inspection.
Please contact the owners/landlords for further information
on these units.
Starting April 1, 2008, all owners contacting the Housing Authority to list their unit will be referred to the GoSection8 Service (either website or the available phone number). Tenants looking for a unit can go to the website to search for a home, or printed lists can be picked up at our Section 8 offices for those who don't have a computer.

Landlords, if you do not have internet access, you can also download the Property Listing Form, fax it to (561) 416-9848 to have your property listed free of charge for 30 days.
