Look What’s Coming to Arrowhead Grove
Community Resource Center
Arrowhead Grove Community Resource Center is a transformative redevelopment by the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB). With the support of Congressman Pete Aguilar, the Center is being developed to expand access to services and strengthen the surrounding community.
At HACSB, we believe that stable housing is only one part of building strong communities. The Community Resource Center is designed to bring together organizations that provide healthcare, education, workforce development, family support, and other essential services all in one collaborative location.
The existing warehouse is being transformed into a modern, professionally managed office and community services center with approximately 16,757 square feet of customizable office and medical space. We are seeking to partner with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, and other mission-driven organizations committed to serving our community.
The approximately 24,196-square-foot facility will feature customizable office suites delivered in vanilla shell condition, along with shared amenities designed to support tenant success, including conference and meeting spaces, a community room, community bathrooms on each floor, and a shared kitchenette and break room. The floor plans below illustrate the available suites and shared amenities on both the first and second floors.
