The online resident portal provides participants with the opportunity to complete recertification forms and submit electronic documents to their Housing Services Specialist. Register or log in to the portal anytime from any device with internet access.
Program Income Limits
For most households, total gross yearly income must not exceed the federal income limits below at time of final eligibility.

Violence Against Women Act
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) is a federal law that provides legal protection to individuals, male or female, who are victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. If you believe that VAWA protections apply to your household, you must complete the Certification of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence or Stalking, HUD form 5382, or submit other documentation as noted on the certification form to your Housing Services Specialist and/or your landlord.
