Updates and News:
Starting March 15, 2021, in-person Housing Quality Standards inspections for the Housing Choice Voucher program will resume. However, all of our agency lobbies and property management offices continue to be closed for in-person service until further notice. Staff is available via phone, email, and the various online portals.
Interested housing assistance applicants need to apply online via our applicant portal. HACSB offices do not distribute or accept paper applications. If you need assistance or a reasonable accommodation, call (909) 890-9533, select option #1.
Resident Portal
HACSB has launched the Resident Portal. The on-line portal provides participants with the opportunity to complete recertification forms and submit electronic documents to their Housing Services Specialist. Register or login to the portal anytime from any device with internet access.
