Public Comments for Board Meetings

Any member of the public may address the Board of Commissioners on any matter on the meeting agenda or not on the agenda that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. Comments may be made in person during the meeting by completing a speaker card at the meeting or, alternatively, by submitting written comments to HACSB by 1:00 PM on the day of the meeting. Speakers are limited to three minutes. Written comments may be submitted via email to publiccomment@hacsb.com or using the online form below. Written comments should be limited to 250 words or less. Written public comments will be read into the record, limited to 3 minutes per comment.  Some comments may not be read due to time limitations.  Comments on a specific agenda item received after that agenda item will be made part of the record if received prior to the end of the meeting.
